Vice President of Communications 

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a rapidly expanding Network with ambitious plans for the future. As Vice President of Communications, you will have excellent organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail. Reporting to the Executive Director you’ll be responsible for ensuring all communications put out are on brand, in sync and meet out Standard Excellence criteria.

As Vice President of Communications, you’ll be the glue which keeps all of our announcements, newsposts, social media posts and more together. You’ll coordinate with Site Heads to make sure communications going out are in sync, on time and up to standard. You’ll create a process to gather coms for the week or month ahead, and ensure Site Heads know when to put what out and when.

You’ll work with Social Leads to make sure our social media pages remain fresh, creating guidelines/timetables they can use to make sure we have something posted at least once a day on Twitter and Facebook. You’ll be the ultimate brand ambassador and ensure everything we send out is in brand tone of voice. You’re committed, passionate and determined; placing a heavy focus on growth, standards and accountability; you’re confident in yourself and your abilities which shines through in your role.

Key responsibilities

– Ensuring the Social Media pages have a proper timetable and it is enforced by the relevant leads
– Report directly to the Executive Director with a monthly coms report which outlines major newsposts etc
– Hold responsibility for all communications which go live from each website
– Regularly review site social media strategies
– Liaise with other VP’s in regards to communications to do with community support or staff support
– Act as a contact point for partners and third parties
– Act as an Independent Complaints Reviewer for the User Resolution Service
– Manage all GFX’s and ensure there are enough resources/GFX managers across the network
– Ensure site specific content is up to date, for example polls, surveys, ‘about us’ pages, etc

Executive Assistant

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a rapidly expanding Network with ambitious plans for the future. As an Executive Assistant you’ll be organized, efficient and driven.

Assigned to a member of the Executive Team, you’ll send out Network wide e-mails, organize virtual meetings and calendars, review timetables, review policies and procedures, assist with recruitment, attend staff meetings & hearings, ensure tasks are prioritized, deadlines are met and more.

You’re committed, passionate and determined; placing a heavy focus on growth, standards and accountability; you’re confident in yourself and your abilities which shines through in your role.

Key responsibilities

– Prioritise tasks and ensure task and project deadlines are met
– Distribute Network and Site wide e-mails
– Organise virtual meetings between the Executive Team
– Regularly review internal policies and make recommendations for change where necessary
– Ensure all VP’s are aware of their tasks and objectives, and they are working together where applicable
– Act as a contact point for partners and third parties
– Act as an Independent Complaints Reviewer for the User Resolution Service
– Respond to third party e-mails and communications
– Assist in the general running of the Network
